Call for Abstracts

Abstract submission for ISBE 2024 is now closed. Submissions have been reviewed and authors notified of the outcome of their submission on Friday 17 May 2024.

Presenting authors were able to submit up to a maximum of two abstracts – one oral and one poster for consideration. Abstracts undergo a blind review.

Oral presentation: An oral presentation to be delivered in a themed session for approximately 12 minutes
Poster presentation: Poster presentations to be held in dedicated late afternoon session

As oral presentation opportunities are limited, if unsuccessful you may be offered a poster presentation as an alternative.

Congress Session Notification and Acceptance

Abstract review notifications will be communicated to the presenting author on Friday 17 May 2024.

Please note the details provided as the author contact should be for the nominated main contact for your abstract. All correspondence relating to the submission will be directed to this person and they should in turn distribute to all co-presenters if applicable.

Acceptance of the offer must be confirmed by Monday 10 June 2024.

Abstract Presenter Registration

The invitation to submit an abstract or a subsequent offer to present an oral or poster presentation does not constitute an offer to pay travel, accommodation or registration costs associated with the Congress. All presenters must register for the Congress in order for the presentation to be included in the Congress program.
