A selection of accommodation options have been secured by the Congress Office within easy walking distance of the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre. Booking through this site will offer you the following benefits:

Booking

All rates are quoted are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and are on the basis of room only.
Accommodation is held from Saturday 28 September to Saturday 5 October 2024. If you require dates outside of this period, please note your preferred dates in the Special Requirements field when completing your registration form. The Delegate Services Team will contact the hotel on your behalf and advise you of availability.
The hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival, so any bookings made after Wednesday 28 August 2024 will be subject to availability.

Payment

A valid credit card number must be provided to secure your booking. The card details will be forwarded to the hotel as a guarantee of your booking. Note your card will not be charged upon making a booking.
Some hotels may charge one nights' accommodation 30 days prior to arrival and if relevant, this is noted below in the terms and conditions for these hotels.
You will be required to settle your room and incidental expenses directly with the hotel on your arrival or departure. If you wish to pre-pay your accommodation in advance by credit card or by EFT (upon receipt of an invoice from the hotel), please note this in the Special Requirements field when completing your online registration form.

Arrival

Please note the check in time at the hotels is generally 1400hrs. If you require immediate access to your room prior to this time, hotels generally recommend booking for the evening before your stay commences. If you are arriving after 1800hrs please note this accordingly to ensure your room is held for your arrival.

Booking Terms

Please review the booking terms for your preferred hotel for penalties that will apply should you cancel or reduce your stay (by one or more nights) or fail to arrive at the hotel on the designated day of arrival (no-shows).
To make a subsequent change or to cancel your booking, notification via email must be made to the Congress Office. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted, nor will the hotels accept any changes directly.
Advance booking is required, and must be made prior to arrival at the Congress.
